Understanding Human Behavior training is a relational efficiency and productivity enhancement program.  It uses the four personality styles of the DISC model of human behavior to teach enhanced ways of interacting with various personality traits in order to develop more effective, efficient, and productive teams.  The major goals of this program are to help individuals and organizations increase efficiency and productivity by improving communication skills, strengthening comradery, reducing stress, and elevating employee retention rates.  Understanding human behavior is an essential building block of creating a good organizational culture and an environment to sustain the culture.  The strength of the organizational culture will ultimately determine the longevity of the organization.

The goal of the UNcommon Leader training is to introduce the participants to the idea of going from Good to Great in Leadership using the UNcommon Leader concept.  When individuals implement the UNcommon Leadership model within their professional repertoire, organizational efficiency is enhanced, productivity is increased, and longevity/sustainability is improved via the organizational culture and environment.

UNcommon Leaders are, unfortunately, a rarity.  This type of leader understands how to meet the needs of an organization’s mission, the people on their team, and the people the organization serves.  As such, aiming forward in leadership requires individuals to set their leadership trajectory toward the desired target.  To facilitate this process, the Arrow-Dynamic Leadership session delineates the personal, team, and organizational dynamics that must be aligned to cultivate the mindset of an UNcommon Leader.  TRAJECTORY IS EVERYTHING!
