Miller is the managing partner of We Came to Conquer Entertainment, which he co-founded with his wife, Vikke Kearse Bargeron. He is an award winning film director and producer, having won an Africa Movie Academy Award (African Oscar) for the film “Stubborn as a Mule!” and many other awards.
As a mindset coach and trainer, Miller utilizes Mindset Integration to teach leadership and personal development strategies to help individuals achieve greater levels of success. Miller’s coaching and training endeavors are facilitated under MI Global, a company he founded with Vikke. As an author, Miller has written the acclaimed book Journey of a Successful Dreamer, co-authored several other books, and written multiple articles.
Additionally, Miller is an ordained minister and commissioned Apostle. He and Vikke established Kingdom Bible Equipping and Training (KBET). KBET focuses on teaching, training, and equipping individuals to live successful and spiritually grounded lives. Under the KBET umbrella, Miller and Vikke also equip and train pastors and missionaries in India.
Miller has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, a Bachelor of Christian Leadership, a Master of Theology, and a Doctorate of Christian Leadership and Management.
Over the years, Miller has received numerous awards and honors. However, his proudest honor is being a loving husband and dedicated father of three daughters, Kearsetyn, Kennedy, and Kerringtyn.
MILLER'S STORY
I grew up with the mindset believing I needed to go to college, get a degree, and land a good job with benefits. Sounds like a good plan, right? Well, that is what I thought until I realized that the achievement of my initial goal was not fulfilling my inner aspirations.
At that point, I was about ten years into my career with the Federal Government, and I began to wonder if this unfulfillment would continue to be a part of my narrative. Then I decided that I had to make a change in my life. I began to realize that I had greater aspirations than just working a 9 to 5 job, going home for a little family time, then waking up the next morning to repeat the cycle. My earnest desire was to do things that would utilize my uniqueness and have a lasting impact on my community, my nation, and even the world.
During that time I was awakened to my greater aspirations, I was serving as Director of the Media Ministry at the church I attended. Even though I was placed in this position because of my leadership and organizational skills, I subsequently discovered my untapped abilities. In spite of being a novice to the audio and visual mediums, I realized that I possessed director and producer abilities. This was the beginning of what I call the Journey of a Successful dreamer.
As I immersed myself into developing my newly discovered abilities, I followed the Journey of a Successful Dreamer. This Journey propelled me into a life of fulfillment that I never imagined. At the end of my journey, I succeeded in achieving my aspirations of leaving a global impact as an internationally award winning filmmaker receiving awards in the United States, the United Kingdom, Africa, and Germany.
Now, that I am fulfilling my dreams with peace of mind, a better quality of life, and financial independence, my charge in life is to empower others to obtain greater levels of success and fulfill their dreams.
